Medical Assistance Website Redesign
The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a vendor to develop a comprehensive Web site to replace the Maryland Medical Care Programs website (http://www.dhmh.state.md.us/mma/). The Web site will need to target four different groups of users: (1) consumers/ public; (2) providers; (3) local government agencies, i.e. local health departments and local departments of social services; and (4) policymakers/ advocates/ academics. The design and organization of the site should allow each distinct user group to quickly find the information most relevant to them.
