Medical/Bio-Hazard Waste Removal Services
Invitation For Bid for Waste disposal services of biohazard waste materials in compliance with all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Vendor must be registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to transport biohazard waste in the State of Texas. Scheduled pick-up and disposal of biohazard materials; minimum of one (1) collection trip/per eight (8) week period with the option for facilities to request additional pickups should volume warrant.Prepaid Mail-Back Services of sharps containers. Optional Mail Back services to include: Mercury and/or Pharmaceutical waste.
