Medicaid Rehab Option Rate Setting Methodology

The Connecticut Community Providers Association (CCPA) is seeking proposals to assist providers with development of a rate setting methodology for community based mental health outreach services such as Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Community Support Program (CSP) Teams. The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) and the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) are proceeding with the implementation of the Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO) for these services.
