Medicaid Receivables Program
The State is issuing a request for proposal in order to procure a Trustee to act as a fiduciary. The Trustee's role is to 1) solicit potential investors who will purchase Medicaid receivables; 2) collect and approve Medicaid receivables that will be eligible for participation in the program and 3) utilize the investors' monies to pay the State's Medicaid providers who are now waiting from 9-12 months for State payment of their invoices.
