The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to obtain proposals from advertising agencies
for the promotion of the County Health Department campaign, and may
include media buys across all traditional and new media outlets including: television, radio, print,
outdoor, transit, internet and social media. The Department prefers agencies that have
knowledge and experience in public health media campaigns, but this will not be considered a
requirement.
