The Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (VANOC) has been formed to manage the planning and operation of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by VANOC to obtain proposals from qualified professionals or companies specializing in the strategic planning and buying of media for Vancouver 2010 advertising.
