Media Planning, Buying and Radio Production Services
The Office announces its Request for Proposals and invites proposals from qualified entities for Media Planning, Buying and Radio Production Services for Comptroller’s second State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (Services) as described in this RFP. Media Planning, Buying and Radio Production Services include the following services, which are more fully described in Part II (Scope of Work) of this RFP: radio campaign services and radio production services. Comptroller’s objective is to obtain Media Planning, Buying and Radio Production Services that represent the best value for Comptroller and the State of Texas according to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
