Media Monitoring Services
This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of comprehensive daily media monitoring reports of relevant media coverage, a media monitoring quarterly report, and occasional media research reports for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for one (1) additional year at the sole discretion of the Authority.
The Authority seeks to retain a Service Provider to provide a daily media and quarterly media monitoring report. The daily media is sent electronically to a distribution list of staff and executives. To satisfy this requirement, the Service Provider will conduct a daily search of Authority and electricity sector-related coverage, based on a predetermined list of electricity sector keywords. The Service Provider will compile, format, and transmit the daily media monitoring report to the Authority prior to 8:00 am (EST) on each business day.
