Media Buying Services
The State is soliciting responses for media buying services. The contractor shall provide all services customarily performed by a Media Buyer to successfully negotiate, purchase, fulfill and reconcile media for the campaign in selected Texas market areas. Media may include television spots, online media, and social media.
