The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Loma Linda Healthcare System, has a requirement to install new med gas lines, 3 gas zone valves and 3 gas area alarms in two areas of the VA Loma Linda Medical Center. A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, certifications, drawings and qualified personnel to complete all tasks per the Statement of Work.

Offerors must be listed in the Vendor Information Pages (www.vetbiz.gov) and currently registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Veterans First Public Law 109-461 and 38 USC 8127(d) as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220; Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 Million.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about 15 June 2018.
