The project consists of the renovation of the 37,800 square foot two-storyUtilities Department (CMUD) administrative office building. The work includes removing and replacing the entire mechanical system with the exception of the boiler system; removing and replacing all related grilles, ductwork, controls, and most of the mechanical units; and installation of a new ground mounted chiller unit behind the building inside an enclosure.
