Mechanical System Maintenance and Repairs
Work will include emergency and normal repair and maintenance to existing mechanical systems (i.e., heating ventilating and air conditioning systems), which in rare instances could include installation of new ancillary equipment to augment existing systems. The successful contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and transportation as needed to perform repairs on various sized mechanical systems.
