Mechanical Services
The scope of this project is to furnish the complete design, supply, installation and
commissioning of a Hot Water Boiler System and a Domestic Hot
Water System. The Subcontractor(s) shall design the
system, furnish and install all of the required materials, equipment, all interconnection
exhaust and supply piping and electrical wiring, perform all related site work and provide
all labor, tools and supervision necessary for a complete and fully functioning Hot Water
Boiler and Domestic Hot Water System.
