Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Management
Deadline for notice of intent to propose is March 16. 2010. The State seeks to obtain Facility Management services for both of the States service centers. Total Facility Management shall include, but is not limited to, daily administrative responsibilities, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, as well as custodial care. This RFP has provisions for the vendor to provide lawn care and building security services. Security services will be provided at both facilities.
