Measurement of Space Heating Emissions

The Borough is soliciting proposals for the determination of emissions factors and chemical composition of the emissions from a representative sample of space heating devices used. The results of this study will be used as input for regulatory modeling as required for the development of a State Implementation Plan, (also known as the “Air Quality Control Plan” or the “PM2.5 Attainment Plan”).
