This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24419R0074 for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services. Erie VA Medical Center, also known as the parent facility, requires CBOC services providing Primary Care in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in McKean County, PA. The subsequent contract will be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, 135 E. 38th St., Erie, PA 16504. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, (IDIQ) Contract, made to one offeror who can successfully place a competitive proposal to operate a CBOC in the desired location. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business Offerors must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran owned and Veteran owned contractors must be registered with Vets 100 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/fcp. All Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award and complete their online Representations and Certifications at www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS code is 621498 with a size standard of $20.5 million in average annual receipts. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is responsive and conforming to the RFP and are also determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE: A preproposal conference will not be held.
