Maximo Gap Analysis
The Authority is soliciting FQ11156 to provide the services of a qualified contractor to present Metro’s need for a complete assessment of the installed version of Maximo and current business policies and practices, identification of business process best practices that would promote the Authority’s business objectives, and define a set of requirements for the Authority’s asset management’s technology needs.
