Description of Project: The City of Mauldin is pleased to offer an opportunity to qualified real estate development teams to respond to this invitation to enter in a Public-Private Partnership with the City of Mauldin for the purpose of the strategic acquisition and redevelopment of up to 24.5 acres of property located at the center of the City of Mauldin, of which 11.1 acres are presently owned by the City of Mauldin. The objective for this project is to create a high-quality, medium-to-high density/intensity mixed-use, urban village project.
