Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Maintenance and Inspection Program
Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) are requested from qualified firms capable of developing and conducting a comprehensive inspection program for the recycling systems located at two permanent MRFs the City owns and utilizes. These facilities process residential commingled recyclable materials.
The successful Proposer will be responsible for determining if the MRF contracted operator properly performs regular and scheduled maintenance of the equipment and facilities according to manufacturer and contractual specifications.
The City is seeking to ensure that its multi-million dollar investment in recycling equipment is maintained to the required standards.
