Material Handling Equipment Maintenance & Repair Service
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repair on Government Owned Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required for the following commissary: Fort Drum. MHE consists of: Battery Chargers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Electric/Gas/Propane Forklifts, Reach and Tiers, and Order Picker/Stock Selectors. The Period of Performance is one year from date of award (base period) with four one-year option periods. The solicitation and resulting contract will include Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line item for PM and unscheduled repairs. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 22, 2014 with a tentative closing date of August 14, 2014. The anticipated award date is September 1, 2014. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the business size standard is $7 million. Vendors shall be registered on System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ via https://www.acquisition.gov/, to include listing NAICS 811310 in order to be eligible for award. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered.
