Match Assistance Grant
In the FY10 and again in the FY2011 budget process, the Borough Assembly approved a second category of Match Assistance Grant funds, for “safety net services”. The Health & Social Services Commission has further defined “safety net services” as “those direct services that provide vital food, health and shelter assistance necessary for human existence.”
