Master Website Re-Development
Intent:
Gather information on strategies and technologies available for re-architecture and re-design of our master website.
We are looking to redesign/rearchitecture our current college website. The site currently exists on SharePoint 2007. We would like a new design that is dynamic and innovative. We are requesting information that will help us develop an RFP for the redesign that will best suit the needs of Polk State College. While SharePoint is the current software, it is not a requirement of any proposed solution. Nor is any specific language required.
Our infrastructure currently consists of Dell servers run in a Microsoft Hyper V environment. We would provide more detail information as part of the RFP.
The information that is currently on the website would need to be migrated or reengineered as part of the project but no information from our Student Information System would be migrated.
We are looking to the experts in the field to provide input as to what is possible so we can articulate our vision.
