Master Plan Update
The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the City. The plan, through its development, adoption, and implementation, should focus on establishing a clear vision for the future of the City and appropriate goals, strategies, and other activities to achieve that vision. The plan should be grounded in a firm understanding of market realities and the City’s many assets and challenges.
