Master Plan Development for the Exhibition Grounds
Items to be considered in the plan include, but are not limited to:
• The various roles of the Exhibition Grounds in the community
• Needs assessments of each of the stakeholders/user groups
• Provisions for a mixture of land uses (e.g. agricultural exhibition, commercial)
• Vehicular traffic circulation, commercial parking design
• Landscape design of the Grounds
• Existing and potential in-ground infrastructure
• Review of existing agreements between user groups
• Research governance model (e.g. user request and agreement policies)
