Master Plan Design
The City invites a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for the Park Master Plan Design and Construction. The Park is currently operating with active programming 10 months a year. Recent land acquisitions have provided the opportunity to expand the park. Submittal should address your qualifications and past experience in redeveloping and expanding an existing park, while keeping the existing programming intact throughout all phases of re-development.
