Master Plan & Implementation Strategy
The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a master plan and implementation strategy. The project objective is to facilitate infill/redevelopment that will enhance the community’s livability and economic vitality, provide relatively high density housing, a gateway to the city, a heritage tourism attraction, pedestrian amenities and enhanced opportunities.
