Master Plan
The scope of services for this RFQ may include the itemslisted below or additional services and is to include all facilities.
1. Review existing pedestrian and vehicular flow and infrastructure and make recommendations for improvement and to accommodate future planned facilities.
2. Review campus access and egress and make recommendations.
3. Review current parking facilities and capacity and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Review open spaces for landscape, cityscape, furnishings and lighting levels and make recommendations for optimal utilization, safety and aesthetics.
5. Review development plan recommendations from proposed Facilities Master Plan Phase 1 and develop conceptual level cost estimates for implementation.
6. Make recommendations on how to stage and phased-in the implementation of the development plan based on available resources and the conceptual cost estimates provided in #5 above.
