Services (non-personal): Contracto to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to purhcase one (1) MASTER METER FUEL CART required to calibrate the fuel meters on the R-11 refueling trucks at Langley AFB, VA. This Master Meter Fuel Cart should be rated to 450 GPM for Jet Fuel Service, single sprung axle trailer with ball hitch, leveling jacks and front caster jack, meter with large numeral mechanical register with totalizer, rate-of-flow indicator and master meter calibration curve, 2.5? three lug international standard bayonet adapter inlet, aluminum outlet swivel, outlet hose 2.5? X 15? aviation refueling certfied, underwing nozzle with swivel disconnect, 100 mesh strainer and ground cable, static grounding reel, aluminum piping, painted hi-gloss white with catalyzed polyurethane finish coat over epoxy primer.
