Master Developer of Unified Development Areas
As part of the continued revitalization of the Downtown Core of the City of Livermore and
consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and the Downtown Specific Plan, the Livermore
Redevelopment Agency (Agency) has identified two Unified Development Areas as
potential sites for development (see Attachments 1 and 2). The Agency is in the process
of determining future development potentials of the designated areas and is issuing a
Request for Proposals (RFP) for development ideas at these specified Areas.
