Master Developer for Abbottsford Homes, Philadelphia, PA
PHA is soliciting proposals for a "Master Developer" for the redevelopment of PHA's ABBOTTSFORD HOMES public housing property (the "Site"), located in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (the "City"). PHA intends to award to the successful respondent a contract for development, management and construction of new improvements to the Site, which may include the disposition of none, some or all of PHA's ownership interest in the Site to the appropriate entity.
