WATERFORD, VA - The Journey Through Hallowed Ground Partnership, a 501(c)(3) based in Waterford, VA, is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals to prepare a Master Design Manual for a visual and graphic identity for the Journey Through Hallowed Ground National Scenic Byway (Routes 15/20/231) from Gettysburg, PA to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, near Charlottesville, VA. This Master Design Manual will create a visual and graphic identity for the wayfinding and visual identity of the Journey Through Hallowed Ground National Scenic Byway.
