Mass Evacuation Plan
The region is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with experience in regional planning to provide assistance with drafting the City Regional Mass Evacuation Plan. The plan will encompass coordinating regional agencies and assets in evacuating large numbers of persons within the region. Qualified consultants should have experience with planning for a non-hurricane, no-notice event that could result in a mass evacuation.
