Mass Emergency Notification
The Town of Stratford, pop. 49,389 is seeking proposals for a fully hosted (Software-asa-
Service/SaaS), time-sensitive Mass Emergency Notification Telephone System for
community alerts and outreach which follows an unlimited, fixed price model on a per
address basis. The system will allow local government community leaders to share
important information to all residents and stakeholders within minutes. The Town of
Stratford will not entertain any system that requires Town of Stratford to purchase or
install any hardware, software, or phone lines, whether onsite or offsite or any system
that does not follow the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model for all notifications sent.
The Town of Stratford will be evaluating the capacity for and prior success in delivering
similar emergency notification telephone services. Review and ranking based on the
following required criteria will be used to subsequently select firm.
