Masonic Temple Redevelopment
This project is one of the primary projects identified within the City’s Renaissance Plan and is located within the Downtown Area. Submissions in response to this RFQ-I should focus on past project experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use development that made positive contributions to their immediate surroundings and the larger community. The use of this RFQ-I is intended to provide the City with the opportunity to partner with successful developers with a proven track record of creating vibrant redevelopment initiatives.
