The Maryland Downtown Development Association (MDDA) seeks the services of a professional architect for design assistance to urban communities within the State of Maryland. Assistance will focus on specific properties (existing buildings), to be chosen from a variety of communities.
The chosen firm or individual shall contract with MDDA, who in turn will select qualifying projects based upon applications from communities across the State.
