The purposes of this Request for Proposal is to solicit offerors interested in and the costs for providing marketing and public information services informing South Dakota citizens that they can renew their driver's license or identification card online. This campaign may include print, radio and/or television, and offerors are expected to provide ideas and cost proposals for each medium.
