The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants for the development and execution of a statewide public awareness campaign for the NYS Subprime Foreclosure Prevention Services Program (the Program) that will include direct coordination with not-for-profit partners funded under the Program. The goal of the campaign is to increase the number of homeowners seeking the help of responsible housing counselors and legal services providers and to, ultimately, prevent unnecessary foreclosures. This development of the campaign should be addressed in phases, beginning with initial outreach to partners who will help deliver a unified message to homeowners.
