The University is seeking proposals from qualified
vendors to provide a marketing communications plan, products, and
services for the period through June 30, 2011, with an option to renew
for two additional one-year periods.
Respondents are reminded that any firm or individual who wishes to
submit a bid in response to this solicitation must attach a copy of their
ONLINE certificate of registration from the State Board of Elections as
outlined in the Request for Proposal. By law, a bid cannot be
accepted by the University if this is not included.
