The WMB/CWC seeks to award a one-year, competitively bid contract for marketing and print advertising services. For the purposes of this RFP and its associated deliverables, the WMB shall be the lead agency overseeing the creation and production of the marketing collateral materials. The CWC shall be the lead agency for print advertisement creation, placement and management.
