City is inviting qualifications for a downtown development and marketing plan. This plan will be a part of the overall comprehensive plan that the City is currently in the process of developing. The overall goal of the downtown plan is to find functional and usable tools for downtown businesses as well as the City. You will need to call the number included in the RFP to receive a copy of the RFP.
