Marketing Services
1Provide all facets of public relations and marketing needed by the Division of Public Health (Division). This shall include, but is not limited to:
aThe development, organization and planning, and execution of statewide conferences and workshops from beginning to end, development of newsletters, website design and maintenance, press kits, public events, newspaper articles, sponsorships, logo development and branding activities, evaluation, planning and strategy as it relates to public relations and marketing, account/project management as it relates to public relations and marketing, creative development of educational and marketing materials, copywriting, art direction and layout, communication and coordination with media, community, program partners, etc, media story prospecting, trade show displays, presentations to include video/DVD creation, focus group testing and field testing, the development of brochures, posters, booklets, calendars, flyers, direct mail, white papers, promotional materials, banner ads, micro-sites, social networking site development and maintenance, blogs, e-mail blasts, and all collateral support.
2Work closely with other contractors and Division staff to ensure solid marketing messages.
