The HAWAI'I TOURISM AUTHORITY, hereinafter referred to as the "Authority" or "HTA" is issuing this
Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek destination marketing management companies capable of providing a
full range of comprehensive m a r k e t i n g management services for the destination of Hawai'i in the
Taiwan market. The Authority invites submittals from qualified firms that have proven experience in
destination marketing management.
Advertising placement is not the primary focus of the services sought but it is one aspect of the
