Recruiting & Retention Battalion Marketing Coordinator will provide graphic arts, web site development and traditional / social media marketing support services for the marketing Office, Recruiting and Retention Command, WVARNG (RRB). The Contractor shall provide services, supporting the WVARNG RRB as detailed in this PWS.

Intrastate Transfer (IST) / Reserve Component Transition (RCT) Coordinator will review applicable state and federal regulatory guidance and current policies to determine the enlistment and incentive eligibility of Soldiers desiring intrastate transfer, interstate transfer or in-service enlistment, Recruiting and Retention Command, WVARNG (RRB). The Contractor shall provide services, supporting the WVARNG RRB as detailed in this PWS.
