Marketing consulting services including public relations, media buy and creative design. The Countys
intention is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA), which will serve as a master
agreement for the County to obtain professional marketing services on an as needed basis with a
selected consulting firm (Consultant). The County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit a
proposal with their qualifications for consideration.
