The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified candidates with prior/current experience to provide the Department with assistance in the submission of annual plans to the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The components of the plans include the “Unified Export Strategy” (UES) application, periodic revisions and updates as needed, and the year-end evaluation report known as the “Country Progress Report” (CPR). Applicants must also have experience in providing a monthly tracking system that will collect information from international field staff and generate customized market intelligence reports (during the grapefruit season) allowing FDOC managers, citrus industry members and FAS to evaluate the field representatives’ performances.
