Marketing Assessment and Action Plan
The City of Easthampton wishes to receive proposals for consultant services for the performance of a marketing assessment and development of an economic development action plan pertaining to the reuse of the historic Town Hall, a reuse to complement and support the use of the first floor. Background information on this project can be found in Attachment A. All terms and conditions governing state programs as well as the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development CDBG Program shall apply (Refer to the sample contract in Attachment G). This project is expected to run in coordination with a building and infrastructure assessment project on the same facility under a separate contract.
