Marketing & Branding Services for Technical College System
The South Carolina Technical College System is soliciting proposals from experienced marketing and public relations firms specializing in external marketing, development of public relations strategies, unique and unified branding and website enhancement to develop a Marketing and Branding Strategy Plan for multi-faceted programs for the Technical College System. In addition to the System Marketing and Branding Strategy Plan, the System also seeks an experienced marketing and public relations firm to provide a full range of branding and marketing services in support of Apprenticeship Carolina, the Systems new registered apprenticeship initiative.
