Marketing & Advertising Services
The City is seeking a qualified firm to assist with marketing services and advertising services. The City wishes to engage a firm whose services will increase passenger traffic at the City's airport, increase the number of commercial and residential natural gas customers, help market the Port and assist all departments with advertising services as are needed. Currently, there are separate contracts for the airport and the City's natural gas utility. The City is looking to combine these contracts and add additional services for the city in general to seek efficiencies and to create a city-wide branding effect. The intent is to use the branding opportunity "to tell the City story" in order to spur economic development and create a stronger, more marketable City identity. The City also wishes to explore increasing revenue through innovative use of City assets (city buildings, recreation centers, parks, city vehicles) for private sector advertising.
This is a three-year contract.
