The objective of this SOW is to provide brand management, public/media relations, advertising, educational, and media research support for the ENERGY STAR program and other voluntary programs that CPPD manages. Support shall include providing (1) responsive customer service as well as upselling a suite of clean energy opportunities to the more than 650 CEPAs that currently partner with ENERGY STAR, and (2) conducting research, financial and technical analysis, and outreach relating to CEPA clean energy policies and programs.
