Marketing, Leasing & Management of Retail Spaces/Plaza in Municipal Off-Street Parking Facilities
The City is soliciting proposals for the marketing, leasing and management of both indoor and plaza level retail space in the Citys off-street parking facilities. The RFP is designed to solicit qualified leasing and property management firms to market, lease and manage indoor and plaza level retail space in five (5) municipal parking facilities and other facilities/properties as required.
